BRUSCHETTA WITH GREEN PESTO

Serves 4

Ingredients:

  • 1 baguette, sliced into small pieces Olive oil for drizzling
  • Urbani Green Pesto
  • Mozzarella cheese, cut into pieces Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Green lettuce leaves for garnish

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Place the baguette slices on a baking sheet and drizzle them with olive oil. Bake the baguette slices in the preheated oven for about 5-7 minutes, or until they are lightly toasted and crispy.
Once toasted, remove the baguette slices from the oven and let them cool slightly.
Spread a layer of Urbani Green Pesto on each toasted baguette slice.
Top each slice with a piece of mozzarella cheese and a halved cherry tomato. Garnish the bruschetta with green lettuce leaves for an added touch of freshness.
Serve as an appetizer or snack.
