OMELETTE WITH DROPS OF BLACK TRUFFLE
Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 2 tablespoons butter - divided
- A few mushrooms (such as button mushrooms or porcini), chopped 1 tablespoon heavy cream
- Green leaves
- Cashew nuts and micro greens for garnish
- Urbani Drops Of Black Truffle
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix eggs with milk and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and add 1 tablespoon of butter, allowing it to melt.
Add chopped mushrooms to the skillet and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until they are soft and lightly browned. Set the mushrooms aside.
In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and allow it to melt. Pour the prepared egg mixture into the skillet and cook until the bottom is set and the top is slightly runny.
Once the bottom of the omelet is cooked, carefully flip it over to cook the other side until it's fully cooked through.
Transfer the cooked omelet to a plate and spread the heavy cream over it. Arrange the sautéed mushrooms, green leaves and cashew nuts on top of the omelette .
Sprinkle micro greens over the toppings and drizzle the entire dish with Urbani Drops Of Black Truffle
