BRANZINO AL FORNO
Serves 2
Ingredients:
- 2 sea bass
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, sliced
- Olive oil
- Freshly ground Terramezzo Sicilian Salt and pepper to taste
For the garnish:
- 2 small tomatoes, chopped 2 tablespoon of olive oil
- A spring of basil, chopped
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together, set aside.
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 200°C .
Prepare a sheet of aluminum foil for baking.
Place the fish fillets on the aluminum foil. Season with Terramezzo Sicilian Salt and pepper.
Arrange slices of lemon and garlic on top of the fillets.
Drizzle everything with olive oil.
Wrap the fish in aluminum foil to create a pocket.
Bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes until the fish is thoroughly cooked. Serve the fish whole , topped with tomato and basil garnish
